Ms. Israel delivered two lectures at the Faculty of Law and Public Affairs (FLPA) and Faculty of Social Science and International Relations (FSSIR) and a public seminar under the broad title of “The Rights to have rights”. Ms. Israel analyzed Gender and Human rights in the following:
1) “The Gendered Nature of Legal Language and Human Rights” (For Master for Law class at FLPA);
2) “Human Rights and the Framing of Man and Woman” (for Gender Studies Class at FSSIR);
3) A Public Seminar titled – “The ASEAN Declaration on Human Rights Viewed from CEDAW”
